10/30/2008    WITHLACOOCHEE BLUEGRASS FESTIVAL Thurs. Oct. 30 through Sunday Nov. 2 west of Dunnellon on Hwy 40 on the banks of the Withlacoochee River. Camp under the trees, enjoy the music each evening and shop Dunnellon's Historic Village during the day!      

11/01/2008    First Saturday Street Market - the 1st Sat. of each month. Vendors set up on lawns and porches of Historic Village Shops selling their wares from 9 am - 2 pm. Cost is $10 for a 10x10' space. Call Bonnie at 465-9200 to reserve your space.      

11/04/2008    GIRL'S DAY OUT - the first Tuesday of each month throughout the Historic Village. Be one of the first 10 purchases of the day and get a free gift. Be a quick shopper (visit all 10 shops) and get 10 free gifts! Refreshments in each shop as well as special sales for Girl's Day Out only.      

11/15/2008    Make a Greenhouse Potted Poinsettia Topiary or Bush at our next Silk Workshop with Floral Designer Lisa Hammers Sat. Nov. 15 at 10am at Dunnellon's Lions Club, across the street from Grumbles House. The $35 fee pays for you supplies and instruction to make a great holiday statement at your front door or foyer. 11/29/2008    VICTORIAN HOLIDAY FESTIVAL the Saturday after Thanksgiving beginning at 1 pm with games and contests for the kids in Dunnellon's Historic Village. Decorate a cookie, enter a sidewalk chalk art contest, play some games and win some prizes, get your face painted to become an elf or a turkey! The Christmas music and white lights start at 5 pm along with horse and carriage rides and great food. Join a group of carolers and circle the village to really get in the spirit. Enjoy hot cider and hot chocolate! Shops open til 9pm for your holiday shopping pleasure. Call 465-8000 or 465-9200 for more inofrmation.

03/28/2009    2nd Annual Green Thumb Plant Show and Sale brings thousands of blooms to the streets of the Historic Village as vendors sell orchids, roses, azaleas, olive trees, native plants, herbs, shrubs, annuals, perinneils, trees, lawn furniture and decor, planters, birdhouses and much more. 04/17/2009    BOOMTOWN DAYS of Dunnellon kicks off on Friday night with the annual Boom or Bust Party - dancing, spirits, good food and the announcement of the year's Boomtown Mayor. Saturday kicks off the Arts & Crafts Show featuring $1,000 of prize money, 2 full days of entertainment on the stage and Little Mr. & Miss Dunnellon Contest. Queen of the Rainbows Contestants take the Stage on Sunday as Antique Car enthusiasts fill the shady historic streets with beauties of days gone by.
